Our customers appreciate the individual material development and consistent high quality of our products. Pressable powders are used in bioceramics and as ceramic components. Sprayable powders and suspensions are used in aerospace and mechanical engineering, among other applications. Our yttria products range in application from precision investment casting to semiconductor manufacturing.

BIOCERAMICS AND TECHNICAL CERAMICS
Customized powders (Se oxides and YSZ) for medical technology and technical ceramics.
We provide rare earth oxides as well as unstabilized and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) for a wide range of industries.
For the dental industry, we have developed our AuerDent® range, a coordinated colour range of ready-to-press powders for the production of dental blanks.
AuerTec® is our YSZ offering for technical ceramics. AuerTec® offers not only excellent mechanical properties but also reliable availability and fast support for demanding applications. All our powders are fully customizable.
INVESTMENT CASTING
Leading supplier of yttria for inert face layers.
Powders from our production are used in the precision investment casting of reactive alloys such as titanium. We provide customized grain sizes for flours and sands, as well as consistent quality that enables stable process properties. Our products are used, among other things, in the manufacture of turbine components.
THERMAL SPRAYING
Ceramic spray powders and suspensions for thermal spraying.
Our spray additives (AuerCoat®) are used as thermal barrier coatings and environmental barrier coatings in gas turbines in aviation and for power generation, as wear-resistant coatings in mechanical and plant engineering or as corrosion-resistant coatings in semiconductor manufacturing. We focus on cooperating closely with our customers and partners. We can produce, characterize and extensively test coatings in our Thermal Spray Centre to further optimize our products for their application.
