AuerCoat® YSZ Suspension

Treibacher AuerCoat® yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) suspension is a high-quality spray additive for thermal barrier coatings.

Our YSZ suspension was developed for the production of suspension-sprayed, columnar thermal barrier coatings. With high durability and low thermal conductivity, these coatings are an alternative to EBPVD (electron beam evaporation) coatings. Available with different solvents and a solids content up to 75% by weight.
